I’m an Art Director and Graphic Designer based in Orange County, CA, working with clients everywhere. My passions include good food, good design, and good company.

I’ve been designing for over ten years, and have worked with several agencies, in-house teams, and many freelance clients. Recently, I’ve been hyper-focusing on apparel design and doing a lot in the automotive space.

Overall, I love making things look good and making life around me function easily and intuitively. I am great at collaborating on a team and excel in solo projects and leadership roles.

DESCRIPTION

I oversaw all the creative for the event – bringing the brand to life through brand strategy, creation of 70+ creative assets, creative direction for multiple photo shoots, and on-site creative direction for various activations throughout the 3-day event.

The Roar of Angels event celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Lexus LFA’s original concept debut. Organized by Lexus USA in partnership with The Apex Agency, the gathering brought together 43 privately owned LFAs to Southern California, officially setting the record for the largest assembly of the legendary supercar ever recorded. The event's name was a direct tribute to the LFA's chief engineer, Haruhiko Tanahashi, who famously likened the car's high-pitched V10 exhaust note to the "roar of an angel."

The multi-day itinerary was designed as an immersive experience for owners, many of whom had their cars shipped across the country via professional carriers specifically for the occasion. Participants were headquartered at the luxurious Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach and engaged in a spirited rally through the scenic winding roads of the Southern California hills. A major highlight was an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the CALTY Design Research Center, where guests were given a rare glimpse into the future of Lexus performance, including a preview of a never-before-seen concept car, the LFA's successor.

The celebration culminated in a massive public showcase at the South OC Cars & Coffee event in San Clemente. The lineup featured an incredible variety of rare colors, including Pearl Blue, Fresh Green, and the iconic Nürburgring Edition in orange. The sight of these 43 LFAs parked together created a viral sensation among enthusiasts, bringing a 5x larger audience to the world’s largest Cars & Coffee.

The 3-day event went viral in the automotive community. The organic posts garnered some 160+ million views on Instagram alone. Beyond the visual spectacle, the event served as a powerful reminder of the LFA's enduring legacy and the tight-knit community that has formed around what many consider to be the best-sounding road car ever built.
